While we take great care in inspecting and packaging our vintage pieces, occasional shipping damages can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue, either through repairs (if applicable) or other solutions, depending on the circumstances.

Please keep in mind that our vintage items may have minor imperfections, including scratches, cracks, or natural aging, which are part of what makes them special and unique. These characteristics are not considered damages but are embraced as part of the piece’s history and authenticity. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these types of vintage wear.

We strongly recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected upon delivery or before leaving our store. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to provide additional images or information to ensure you’re confident in your purchase. Additionally, we advise that proper care and maintenance be taken to preserve the integrity of your vintage piece.

Please remember, all sales are final. As vintage items are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our goal is for you to love your piece, but we also encourage you to carefully consider your purchase, knowing that these pieces come with their unique history.
