Order Processing & Dispatch

All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock. Customers will be notified of estimated arrival times.

Shipping Locations & Charges

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates with the following delivery charges:

Dubai: AED 225
Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Kalba, Dibba and Musafi: AED 450
Ajman: AED 400
Sharjah: AED 350
Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: AED 500

Pickup Option – Free of Charge

We also offer a pickup option from our warehouse at no extra cost. If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can pick it up from:
