Waring & Gillow Ltd. furnished royal palaces, luxury liners (including the Titanic), and embassies. Their work was associated with Edwardian opulence, and they held royal warrants, signifying approval and patronage by the monarchy.

Waring & Gillow contributed to interior works and furnishings of Buckingham Palace, The Savoy Hotel, The Ritz and other elite hotels, colonial residences and Royal ships (during refurbishments in the Edwardian period and beyond, though not the sole furnishers)
